What we are building next

Here is what is coming to paless next. We share it early so you can see where the product is heading.

The order and timing can still change.

  1. Automatic sync from your cloud storage

    Connect the cloud storage you already use, and new files arrive in paless on their own, sorted and searchable, without uploading anything by hand.

  2. A mobile app with a built-in scanner

    Scan letters and receipts with your phone and send them straight into paless. The app also puts your whole archive in your pocket.

  3. Emails from Pal, with attachments

    Ask Pal to reply to a letter or pass on a document, and Pal writes the email and attaches the right files from your archive. You check it and send it.

  4. Sign documents in paless

    Sign contracts and forms right where they are stored, without printing, scanning or switching to another tool.

  5. ISO 27001 certification

    We are working towards certification under ISO 27001, the international standard for information security. An independent certification body will carry out the audit.

We are putting the finishing touches on paless. From December 2026 you can try it free for 14 days with your own documents, and our newsletter lets you know as soon as it starts.

Until then there are no contracts to cancel.
